  • All passes include standard general access to the core conference, general access to the conference venue, cafés and restaurants throughout the city.

    Currently we are offering 4 distinct types of Conference Passes for our attendees.

    The Student Pass includes:

    In-person tickets for students with a special discount for current or recent students. Entry to all lectures and events for both Jan 12th and Jan 13th. A special conference pass with a commemorative lanyard. Coffee, tea, fruits, snacks, and water. Special discounts throughout the city with your conference pass.

    The General Admission Pass includes:

    In-person ticket for the general public. Entry to all lectures and events for both Jan 12th and Jan 13th. A special conference pass with a commemorative lanyard. Coffee, tea, fruits, snacks, and water. Special discounts throughout the city with your conference pass.

    The Professional Pass includes:

    In-person ticket for registered professionals. Entry to all lectures and events for both Jan 12th and Jan 13th. A special conference pass with a commemorative lanyard along with your name and credentials. Coffee, tea, fruits, snacks, water. Entry to exclusive networking events with professionals and selected speakers. Special discounts throughout the city with your conference pass.

    The Philanthropist Pass includes

    In-person ticket for philanthropists and conference supporters. Entry to all lectures and events for both Jan 12th and Jan 13th. A special conference pass with a commemorative lanyard along with your name and credentials. Coffee, tea, fruits, snacks, water, and healthy lunch for both days. Plus a VIP dinner and event with our conference speakers, while your generous donation will expand our scholarships and the non-profit mission of the Eden Foundation. Exclusive networking events for professionals. Conference certificate to use for CE/CME credits. Reserved seating. Special discounts throughout the city with your conference pass.

  • On our homepage, attendees can read up on our main speakers, from Rick Doblin to Kelsey Ramsden, and view a timeline of the Conference under “Program”. The detailed itinerary will be published a few months in advance of the conference. Attendees will receive an email notification.

  • Through our trusted ticket sale service, Tix.is, you will receive a print-out ticket and a QR code via email. You can opt to print out your ticket or have it open on your phone for easy access. When you arrive at the conference, you will get your printed-out passes with commemorative lanyards as you check in at Harpa with your ticket.

  • Psychedelics in Medicine in 2023 is happening on Jan 12-13th in Reykjavík, Iceland. All events will take place at Harpa Conference Center in the heart of Reykjavík, Iceland. Additional off-site events will take place around Reykjavík and will be announced shortly.

  • Harpa Conference and Music Hall is hard to miss! She stands proudly nestled on the city centre harbourfront, a glass-clad monument of modern architecture.   • There are many ways to get around the city centre. The City Center itself is fairly walkable, even in winter and there are many sights to see, an abundance of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. Attendees can walk, haul a taxi, rent an e-scooter or catch municipal buses. Unfortunately, ride-shares like Lyft or Uber are currently unavailable in Iceland.

  • There are many ways to get to Harpa Conference Hall. Attendees can walk, haul a taxi or rent an e-scooter or catch municipal buses from multiple stops. Unfortunately, ride-shares like Lyft or Uber are currently unavailable in Iceland.

  • Travel and lodging are not included in any of the conferences passes. Attendees are responsible for all travel and lodging costs. See below for more information on flights to Reykjavík and lodging around the city centre area. Meal services are included with Professional and Philantropist Passes. Workshops are not included but will be announced shortly and will be made available as add-ons to any pass. All additional offsite events may also include additional costs, which will be announced in due time.

  • Currently, we are only offering discounted passes for current students. Please email us at info@edenfoundation.com for further inquiries on group discounts for community partners, educators, scholars, and related organizations.

  • When the conference is sold out or on January 10th we will close registration.

  • Unfortunately, we are currently only offering two-day passes for the whole conference experience including the keynote event. However, single tickets will be made available for the keynote event with Michael Pollan on Friday evening, Jan 13th. Ticket sales for the evening symposium with Michael Pollan will begin shortly.

  • Unfortunately, your purchase is not tax-deductible, since the purchaser receives a product of equivalent value. However, if you are attending on behalf of an organisation or University you may be eligible for refunds of certain amounts from your respective unions. Please save your ticket and purchase receipt and contact your union/Organisation for available educational refunds.

  • Please note that Keflavik International Airport is a short 30-40 minute drive from the Reykjavík City Center. In order to get from the airport to your lodgings, taxis and special FlyBus routes are available.   • Overnight accommodation is not included in any pass purchases or registration fees. There are multiple hotels, hostels and guesthouses available in the Reykjavík City Center Area. We are securing discounted rates with several partners and will announce those partners shortly. Please note that you are responsible for booking your lodgings.

  • Yes. The Eden Foundation employes a media crew responsible for audio and video recordings during the conference. The Eden Foundation also employes a photographer for all events on-site and some events off-site. The Psychedelics in Iceland Conference attracts significant interest from journalists, media personnel and film makers. By entering the event premises and by freely participating in this event, you consecutively constent to the use of your photograph likeness, and/or video recording in whole or in part without restriction or limitation. All media materials will be used for educational, promotional and/or any other purpose by independent media outlets and the Eden Foundation. Media will be distributed online and in printed publications and/or published in other forms of media. The Eden Foundation will happily remove your image/likeness from any digital property over which we have control upon your request.

  • The Eden Foundation may collect personal information regarding your email address, your name, your credentials and/or any information collected through our website with the use of cookies. The Eden Foundation does not share this personally identifiable information entered during registration and keeps it strictly confidential. Please note that when we do collect personally identifiable information, that information has been voluntarily submitted by our attendees when they fill out our registration forms and complete the purchases. The information you voluntarily have shared with us will be used by the Eden Foundation to send our attendees information on the conference, newsletters and other information regarding The Eden Foundation. You can opt out of these emails by unsubscribing at any given time, through the link at the bottom of the email message.

  • In circumstances beyond the control of the conference organizers, there might be last-minute changes made regarding the venue, conference schedule or off-site events. In such events, all attendees will receive an email notification and appropriate compensation from our team. In the unlikely event of total cancellation of the event, the registration fees will be refunded in full. The liability of the Eden Foundation and organizers is limited to that particular refund and the Eden Foundation and conference organizers are not liable for any other monetary losses or costs, whatsoever, including travel costs, lodging and/or any other costs outside the ticket refund.

  • For any inquiries about ticket transfers, please contact us at harpa@harpa.is or call us at +354 528-5050 with your registration receipt, along with the name on the ticket and the name of the person who will receive your ticket. The name, email and credentials on the registration roster must match the name and email of the attendee.

  • Please contact us in due time through info@edenfoundation.com with the circumstances of your unavailability. We reserve the right to review each case individually and make decisions on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you wish to cancel your order and are seeking reimbursement, please note that no reimbursements will be issued after the 1st of December 2022.
